  • Acknowledgment: By purchasing a customized service, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to the non-refundable nature of these services.

3. Partial Refunds

  • Eligibility for Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be considered if a service has been partially utilized. The amount refunded will be determined by Callefy based on the proportion of the service that has been delivered and the reason for the refund request.
  • Calculation: The partial refund will be calculated by assessing the value of the service provided up to the point of cancellation. This ensures fairness for both parties.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or payment method again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
